Erg! After arriving, we had some difficulty checking in at the British Airways desk. However, Pauline Traynor (the BA rep) ROCKED! She got us all squared away as quickly as possible, and had us on our way through security.After feeling like cattle being herded through narrow passages on a drive through the canyons of Colorado (Moo!!), we managed to arrive at our gate (M10) and have been sitting here now for an hour.
